This half-hour documentary, produced for Films
for the Humanities and hosted by MTV's Suchin Pak, explores how hate speech
effects teenagers in America and provides useful strategies to combat
and prevent hateful language. The film follows the lives of three teenagers:
a Sikh, who is the victim of anti-Muslim slurs, a young lesbian, who hides
her identity out of fear of being labeled as gay, and an aspiring singer,
who becomes severely depressed and even suicidal as a result of being
teased.
